Having over 20 years of experience working in the voluntary sector, we believe that you first need to help the employee develop a set of values and build a character as an individual,  then, you can bring the individuals together as a team. Many times we make the mistake of running a ‘Team Building’ Course without first having considered the needs of the individual team players.

improve the type of relationships we foster in the workplace.  May be used for Team Building and Conflict Resolution
