Welcome To Happy Life
We help people
live a Happy Life

By developing life skills to build meaningful relationships with yourself, your family, friends and colleagues at work

Do you want to live a happy life

“Do unto others what you would like them to do unto you “. We invite you to join us and share your talent so that together we can create something beautiful to help others. We do this without expecting anything in return, as the peace and joy we receive when we see others benefit from the work we do can only be understood once you experience it.

Therapy cards

Created to aid in the therapeutic process as a non-directive tool and help both clients and therapists go through a process of thought and reflection while giving more meaning to the experiences they are going through. They can be used at any phase of the therapeutic journey and help create a safe space where clients can explore their feelings.

connecting colleagues

Connecting colleagues

This resource was developed in collaboration with Up Limited to improve the type of relationships we foster in the workplace. Connecting Colleagues help individuals working in the same environment, iron out any conflict or tension by focusing on a deeper understanding of the reasoning behind human behaviour.

Follow the process

Each resource has a process map designed to facilitate reflection, analyses and critically evaluate feelings, behaviours and outcomes. Here is an example from “On Our Journey”

Start the beautiful process of connecting to yourself and to others

Which actions could possibly be a move backwards ?

Which action could you consider in order to move forward?

Reflect on the situation to better understand what’s happening

Outcome is the way  things turns out, this will depend on the action/s taken

ourjourney feeling

Finally we reflect on how we feel having travelled the journey

Each card is designed to facilitate reflection, analyses and critically evaluate feelings, behaviours and outcomes.

Here is an example from “On Our Journey”.The cards are colour coded to reflect the phase.

Each card has a key text and picture to help visualise the message. The back of the cards contains a list of questions intended to make you think and talk about, the last point on the card is a reflection on a possible way forward

Visuals are extremely important when discussing feelings with team members who might not be able to share verbally what they are experiencing. Managers might also be in difficulty to express so cards do a great job in that!
